When my mom and I moved to the US from Peru, we brought our love of superfoods with us. She’d joke that the secret to my success—being the first in our family to graduate college—was the chia quinoa porridge she spooned me every morning!
But let’s face it, real superfood meals that you eat, not drink, take time to prepare, and sometimes we trade health for convenience, or a spoon for a straw (guilty!)
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to make nourishment—both for your body and the planet—spoonably simple.
After years of studying wellbeing during my PhD, I left academia to fill stomachs with science-backed superfoods, one spoonful at a time. And I decided to plant a lot of trees while at it.
