  • 2 tsp. nut butter (almond, peanut, or your favorite!)
  • 1/3 banana, sliced (or swap with your favorite fruit—I also love using barberries for blood sugar balance)
  • 1 scoop of Nourish 
  • 2 slices of keto bread (I used Base Culture)
  1. Toast the bread until golden and crispy.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1 scoop of Nourish Super Meals with 5 tbsp water and stir until smooth.
  3. Spread the protein mixture onto the toasted bread.
  4. Top with banana slices (or your chosen fruit).
