When my mom and I moved to the US from Peru, we brought our love of superfoods with us. She’d joke that the secret to my success—being the first in our family to graduate college—was the chia quinoa porridge she spooned me every morning!
But let’s face it, real superfood meals that you eat, not drink, take time to prepare, and sometimes we trade health for convenience, or a spoon for a straw (guilty!)

I have been LOVING Nourish to mend my sweet tooth. I have a sweet tooth and tried finding things to replace that, but everything I tried didn’t ever satisfy the craving enough. THIS THOUGH. I finally got to enjoy the chocolate chia pudding from Nourish Super Meals and it was delicious! The flavor is so good and sweet but not too sweet from the monk fruit. Thrilled that the ingredients are natural and organic and that is it so easy to make and enjoy!
