Ingredients
- One serving of Chocolate Chip Cacao Bliss Organic Superfood Chia Protein Pudding
- 1/4 cup of nuts of your choice
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp goji berries (if you do not have any, raisins or diced figs work well as well)
- One ripe banana
- ½ cup of your favorite nut butter (softened)
- Water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a food processor.
- Pulse until it has a dough-like consistency.
- Add water as needed so that the dough does not break apart.
- Optional: let the dough cool for 15-30 minutes in the fridge. This will make it easier to work with.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Press the dough into a parchment-lined baking pan.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let cool.
- When cool, cut into bar-sized shapes.
- Enjoy as a delicious breakfast bar or on-the-go snack!
