Superfood Breakfast Bars

Enjoy this with a cup of joe or tea for some easy nourishment to kickstart your day!

Serving size: 10-15 (depends on size of bars!)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Pulse until it has a dough-like consistency.
  3. Add water as needed so that the dough does not break apart.
  4. Optional: let the dough cool for 15-30 minutes in the fridge. This will make it easier to work with.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  6. Press the dough into a parchment-lined baking pan.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove the pan from the oven and let cool.
  9. When cool, cut into bar-sized shapes.
  10. Enjoy as a delicious breakfast bar or on-the-go snack!
