- Blend it into your smoothies for a smoothie that doesn't get watery if you don't drink it right away
- Bake with it! Replace one scoop for 4 tbsp of flour in each recipe for a protein boost!
- Use it as an egg replacement: stir 2 tbsp of nourish with 4 tbsp of water and let sit, and then use this as a replacement for one egg in any recipe!
- Eat it hot: heat in the microwave for 1 minute after making it to enjoy a delicious alternative to oats or porridge!
- Make it a a base for bowls: ditch the sugary acai bowl and use nourish instead! Try topping with drizzled nut butter or fruits!
- Thicken your oats! Add a scoop of nourish to your overnight oats and it will become much thicker, much faster!
- Turn your protein into a pudding! Mix one scoop of protein with one scoop of nourish and 1 cup of water to make a delicious, protein packed, creamy pudding, and say goodbye to ever again drinking protein in the form of a shake!
