No Sugar Added Walnut Protein Brownies

Ooey gooey brownies with just one gram of sugar and loaded with protein and healthy fats! A perfect plant-based way to satisfy your sweet tooth without the sugar crash!
Ingredients
4 tbsp crushed walnuts plus more for topping
1 tbsp avocado oil
½ tsp baking powder (optional)
2 tsp unsweetened mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add half a cup of water. Keep adding water until a smooth batter texture is reached.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Pour batter into a pan.
Bake until when you insert a knife in the center, the knife comes out clean (or less if you like gooey brownies!
Optional: Top with some (coconut) yogurt and fresh berries for a nourishing take on Brownie's a 'la mode!
