I developed these No-bake, Egg-free, Dairy-Free Protein Squares to donate to a hurricane Milton relief event hosted by Cold Tub Coffee Club.
These protein-packed squares are perfect to keep you full throughout the day, whether you are doing a cold plunge OR just hanging out with friends!
They satisfy your sweet tooth, making them a crowd-pleaser. Don't worry, the crow will never suspect they are healthy!
If you’re feeling indulgent, try them with a little melted chocolate on top.
Ingredients
- 2 servings of Organic Nourish Chia protein pudding mix (since we haven't launched yet, here is how to make it yourself)
- Your favorite trail mix
- Your favorite nut butter (softened)
- Coconut flour
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup of applesauce.
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a food processor.
- Add water/ mylk as needed. Consistency should be that of cookie dough.
- Put into well-greased pan.
- BONUS STEP: For extra indulgence, melt chocolate and drizzle on top.
- Put in the fridge.
- When cooled, cut into small pieces and enjoy!
- As a pro-tip, you do not have to keep these as squares! We like to shape them into balls for yummy protein balls on the go :)
