Chocolate Coconut No-Bake Protein Squares

I developed these No-bake, Egg-free, Dairy-Free Protein Squares to donate to a hurricane Milton relief event hosted by Cold Tub Coffee Club.

These protein-packed squares are perfect to keep you full throughout the day, whether you are doing a cold plunge OR just hanging out with friends!

They satisfy your sweet tooth, making them a crowd-pleaser. Don't worry, the crow will never suspect they are healthy!

 If you’re feeling indulgent, try them with a little melted chocolate on top.

Ingredients
  • 2 servings of Organic Nourish Chia protein pudding mix (since we haven't launched yet, here is how to make it yourself)
  • Your favorite trail mix
  • Your favorite nut butter (softened)
  • Coconut flour
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup of applesauce.

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together in a food processor. 
  2. Add water/ mylk as needed. Consistency should be that of cookie dough.
  3. Put into well-greased pan.
  4. BONUS STEP: For extra indulgence, melt chocolate and drizzle on top.
  5. Put in the fridge.
  6. When cooled, cut into small pieces and enjoy!
  7. As a pro-tip, you do not have to keep these as squares! We like to shape them into balls for yummy protein balls on the go :)
