Adaptogenic Chocolate Chip Brownies | Protein-packed, GF, Dairy-Free & Made with Ingredients from Small Businesses
As the founder of a new small business, one of the most profound lessons I’ve learned is the value of supporting other women-owned small businesses. Starting something from the ground up has shown me just how much love, passion, and effort go into every product, and how meaningful it is to uplift one another in our journeys.
This realization has inspired me to rethink my everyday purchases. I’ve begun asking myself: What do I buy often, and can I shift those habits to support small businesses instead? Whether it’s food, gifts, or everyday essentials, there’s so much power in consciously choosing products that come from makers and creators in our communities.
With this mindset, I decided to create something special for a gathering: Adaptogenic Chocolate Chip Brownies. These brownies don’t just taste amazing—they’re made using ingredients from some incredible small businesses that I admire. And yes, they’re nourishing too. 😉
Why Small Businesses Matter
When you buy from a small business, you’re supporting a dream. You’re helping someone provide for their family, create jobs, and contribute to their community. It’s a ripple effect that goes far beyond the transaction.
For me, as the founder of Nourish, I’ve experienced firsthand how even small gestures of support—a kind word, a purchase, or sharing with friends—can make all the difference. That’s why I’m passionate about paying it forward and encouraging others to do the same.
